As
our Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kiko is passionate
about helping our players achieve their highest athletic
performance goals. Not only does he have a Masters Certification
in Personal Training but he also holds a Speed and
Agility Certification.
Before
joining WCSM, Kiko spent 4 years as a professional baseball
player, and worked as a high school baseball coach for
almost 20 years before pursing his career as a personal
trainer. His company, The Next Level, has monitored numberous
athletes in their quest for athletic excellence. Kiko
says his reward is "hearing a parent saying thanks for making a difference in my son's life."
