Dan Evans, President/CEO. The highest-ranking former Club executive leading an agency, Dan’s 27 years of MLB experience includes extensive scouting, contract negotiation and arbitration. A previous Los Angeles Dodgers’ General Manager, Evans’ expertise, contacts, and vision uniquely qualify him as the leader of our organization.

Lenny Strelitz, Director and Principal, has been a professional baseball player, a scouting director and worked in upper management negotiating and signing major league baseball players, making him indispensable ally at signing time and beyond.

Jim Lentine, also a professional player, scout and minor league hitting instructor gives WCSM a distinct advantage with his knowledge of hitting, and his experience in scouting, working with many present day major league players.

Dave Penniall, Owner and Co-Founder, has been a Certified Financial Planner for over 20 years.  Dave played professional baseball for seven years with the St. Louis Cardinal and Detroit Tiger organizations.  His extensive background in baseball and financial services provides players the benefits of his experience in both worlds.

Mathew Shupper. College baseball and coaching high school baseball, along with a degree in Communications. Matt is involved with marketing our professionals and assists with endorsements.

Susan Evans. The first woman to produce network baseball, basketball and football, Susan has worked on over 1200 live sporting events, bringing an elite presence to WCSM. As media trainer, the 6-time Emmy Award winner will polish our clients to succeed off the field.

Felix Olivo Ludert, our Venezuelan agent, was an outstanding infield player in Tennessee, playing for two years on the Tennessee Military Academy's All Star Team.

Kiko Garcia. As our Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kiko is passionate about helping our players achieve their highest athletic performance goals. Not only does he have a Masters Certification in Personal Training but he also holds a Speed and Agility Certification.
